These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the polling platform ("Pollzit") provided by Pollzit ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. User Conduct

   1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older.

2. User Content

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.
   2. Responsibility for User Content: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the reliability, accuracy, or quality of any User Content.
   3. Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload or post any User Content that:

      2. Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code that could damage the Platform or other users' devices;

You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without our prior written consent.
   2. Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the Platform are our property or the property of their respective owners. You agree not to use any of these marks without our prior written permission or the permission of the respective owner.

4. Privacy
